2/12/08 - On Sat. Feb. 16th practice has been changed to James City County Rec. Field #1.This is the Rec. Center off Longhill Road. We are on GRASS. Same time 10am-12pm. Thanks for your patients. Coach Hill

2/11/08 - Quick reminder- JV BOYS WILL START PRACTICE SAT. FEBRUARY 16th AT 10AM. Please make sure you have all your equipment. Sticks in good working order, helmet, arm pads, gloves, cup if you desire, shoulder pads, cleats, and most importantly mouth piece. I WANT ALL BOYS TO WEAR SWEAT PANTS. WE NEED TO KEEP THOSE LEGS WARM AND PROTECTED. I will let you know when you can take them off. No excuses. I will have an updated spread sheet of who owes what and what forms we need. I will do that after practice. Please let me know if you are going to miss practice. We will practice Monday-Friday the following week from 5:30-7:30. FRIDAY'S PRACTICE WILL BE MOVED TO JCC REC. CENTER DUE TO SOCCER TOURNEY. I will let you know about practice on Sat. the 23rd. As things come together I will do my best to e-mail and keep you informed. 2/13/08 -  Practice cancelled due to rain.  Practice Thursday, 2/14 5:30 to 7:30.

Note from Coach Hofmeister on 2/3/08 ...

Just a reminder that practice begins on Monday 2/11/08 @ Warhill field # 5 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. I expect to see everyone on Monday unless you are involved in a winter sport -- basketball, wrestling, track, swimming, etc. If you are involved, you need to communicate to me when you are available to play lacrosse. Do not rely on a teammate to tell me -- drop me an email or call!

Some items to bring with you or take care of before Monday 2/11/08

- Have all forms for Spring 2008 filled out and forward to Mr. Perkins , 4 Poindexter Ct. Williamsburg, VA 23188. (Forms are on the website) This should have been done by last Friday.

- Give me a call if you have team fees outstanding so we can work something out if necessary.

- Wear sweat pants and hoodie to practice. Bring your reversible, running shoes and cleats.

- Bring plenty of water or sports drinks.

- Make sure you eat something light before you come to practice that you can easily digest.

We have many talented players and some guys who have developed over the summer & fall along with some players moving up from our JV. We cannot emphasize the importance of being at practice and working hard to get the most out of the same. This will have a direct impact on playing time and unfortunately, I cannot guarantee playing time again this season. Please call me directly if you have any concerns regarding playing time this season or any other questions, concerns, etc.  I would like to talk about any concerns now to see if we can find a solution before practice begins.
